Admission Procedure
At CHS, we strive to ensure a transparent, fair, and merit-based admission process that identifies and admits students who demonstrate the potential to thrive academically and contribute positively to our school community.
Application Submission: Prospective students can obtain the admission application form from the school office or download it from our website. Completed forms should be submitted along with the required documents.
Entrance Examination: Admission to CHS is based on merit, determined through an entrance examination conducted by the school. The examination assesses students' aptitude, academic proficiency, and potential for success.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates are invited for a personal interview with the school administration. The interview provides an opportunity for both the school and the student to assess compatibility and suitability.
Document Verification: Upon successful completion of the entrance examination and interview, candidates are required to submit the necessary documents for verification, including academic transcripts, birth certificate, and passport-sized photographs.
Admission Offer: Admission offers are extended to selected candidates based on their performance in the entrance examination, interview, and document verification process. Parents are notified of the admission decision, and instructions for further enrollment procedures are provided.
Fee Payment and Enrollment: Upon acceptance of the admission offer, parents are required to complete the enrollment formalities by paying the prescribed fees and submitting any additional required documents. Once the enrollment process is complete, students are officially admitted to CHS and welcomed into the school community.
Rules and Regulations
Attendance: Regular attendance is mandatory for all students. Absences must be justified with a written explanation from parents or guardians.
